Rewiring

Whether you are completely renovating your property and need it totally rewired or perhaps looking to add some additional circuits, this should always be done by a professional to ensure everything is fitted correctly and most importantly safely. the circuits will all be tested upon completion and you will be issued with an electrical certificate to show the works have been carried out to the required standard.

Inspection & Testing

Any work from new installations, additional circuits and certain other work must be inspected and tested to confirm it meets the relevant requirements.
Additionally every home requires that they have a current electrical certificate, they last in most circumstances for 10 years. If you have an electrical fire and you don't have a current certificate then you insurance is likely to be invalid for the claim! I offer periodic inspection & testing which means I can check your current system and providing it meets the requirements issue you with a new certificate, if there are any issues found I can advise you on these and recommendations on how to put them right.

Consumer unit replacement

Your home may have outgrown your current consumer unit or you may simply want to update your old one so that your circuits are better protected and to current regulations.
